Shipping & Handling
Most of our items are made to order, once you place an order we make your purchases as fast as we can. If we have it in stock, we will ship on Mondays and Wednesdays but if we have to make it, it takes at least to 7-10 working days. Please message us if you are not sure your item will make it in time for a special occasion. We will try to respond right away or within an hour or so.
+ Local Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over RM180 to ship in for West and East Malaysia. Shipping rates for orders under RM180 will be calculated based per total order. All packages will be shipped through Pos Laju or Easyparcel (Pgeon / DHL).
+ Pickup
Kindly opt for another delivery method via 'Pickup' upon checkout if you would like to avoid paying the shipping fee charge. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we would like to avoid contact in risking the spread of the virus. If best, please select your own delivery via GRAB / LALAMOVE for the pickup and we will have your orders arranged for you.
Otherwise, kindly comply to the SOPs by maintaining social distance and wearing your face mask when picking up your order personally. Your parcel will be placed at the front gate on a chair prior before 3-5 mins before your arrival.
+ Lalamove
You may select another delivery via Lalamove (within Klang Valley area) to ground ship urgent orders, and live plants. Charges will be calculated from the distance of the delivery address from Subang Jaya to the recipient's delivery address. Otherwise, you may opt for your own delivery service (please refer to PICKUP).
+ International Shipping
We offer free international shipping on orders over RM400. Shipping rates for orders under RM400 will be calculated based on the order total and weight starting from RM50. Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to ship until the restrictions are lifted. All packages will be shipped through DHL.
+ Gift Shipping
Once order is placed, we will pack your items within 1-2 days. The gifts will be packed into following selection of Gift box A or Gift box B. Delivery to the office shall be passed to the reception upon collection. If you have any inquiries about adding additional gifts, kindly email us at [email protected] .
Note: Due to COVID-19, I highly recommend to notify the receiver before a day if you need to surprise a gift for option Gift box A.
+ Plant Shipping
We carry domestic ground shipping only in the West Malaysia due to custom restriction. Plants will not be planted into the concrete pots as it will be packed separately tight in bubble wrap with recycled papers to avoid damages to the leaves. If you would like us to have your plants potted especially those with fragile leaves, I highly recommend to use Lalamove.( please refer back to the Local Shipping information)
+ Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for any re-shipment charges. If the address is correct and reverified by the buyer, a reshipment will be attempted free of charge.
